Abbiamo conosciuto Luca e la sua professionalità, abbiamo ordinato gli occhiali e dopo 3 giorni erano pronti. 5 stelle sono il minimo che possa fare per ringraziare di un rapporto qualità/prezzo difficilmante superabile! Dopo aver fatto una visita di controllo avevo ordinato delle lenti quindicinali ed ero tornata a casa soddisfatta, credevo di aver trovato il centro giusto. Mi era stato detto che avrei ricevuto una telefonata il 28 dicembre, subito dopo le festività Natalizie, per andare a ritirare il prodotto. La telefonata non è mai arrivata, dunque, ho provato a telefonare io più volte, ma niente. Il giorno 8 gennaio sono stata contattata dall'impiegato del centro, al quale ho spiegato che, dopo la loro scomparsa, avevo appena provveduto altrove. Ma attenzione: il medesimo invece di scusarsi per la mancata puntualità, si stranisce, quasi ad insinuare che stessi dicendo sciocchezze. Infine, mentre cerco di difendere la mia ragione, egli mi liquida rapidamente dicendo di avere clienti in attesa, senza nemmeno lasciarmi finire. Finally, as I try to defend my reason, he quickly liquidates me by saying he has customers waiting, without even letting me finish. Professionalism includes many factors, not least respect and education.
