★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza nel reparto ottica negativa. E' centro di eccellenza Zeiss ma il negozio è piccolo e buio.
Rilevano con un loro esame della vista ( di cui non comunicano preventivamente il costo di 30 euro) che la gradazione prescritta due anni prima e confermata poi da due altri oculisti è leggermente troppo alta (?!) I tempi di attesa sono lunghi: hanno tenuto due volte gli occhiali pronti, in giacenza, dicendo che inviano SMS che non arrivano mai. Nemmeno si accertano dopo 5 o 10 giorni di verificare con una telefonata o un watsapp perché non passiamo a ritirarli.
Cercano di sistemare i profili delle lenti Zeiss Drive Safe, fatti lucidi come la montatura Zeiss, ma che fanno specchio e raddoppiano l'img., con carta vetrata e graffiano una lente. Non risolvono nulla.
Scegliamo quindi un telaio opaco di altra marca più economico: quando arriva si accorgono che le lenti originarie non entrano e le devono ordinare di nuovo, questa volta ovviamente con il profilo satinato.
Se ne guardano bene dallo scontarci qualcosa o dal regalarci una scatola di lenti a contatto per i tempi lunghi e gli errori a loro imputabili.

Experience in the negative optics department. It is the center of Zeiss excellence but the shop is small and dark.
They note with their eye exam (of which they do not communicate the cost of 30 euros in advance) that the alcoholic content prescribed two years before and then confirmed by two other ophthalmologists is slightly too high (?!) Waiting times are long: they have kept twice the glasses ready, in stock, saying that they send SMS that never arrive. They don't even make sure after 5 or 10 days of checking with a phone call or a watsapp because we don't pick them up.
They try to fix the profiles of the Zeiss Drive Safe lenses, made shiny like the Zeiss frame, but which mirror and double the image, with sandpaper and scratch a lens. They don't solve anything.
We therefore choose an opaque frame of another cheaper brand: when it arrives they realize that the original lenses do not fit and they have to order them again, this time obviously with the satin profile.
They are careful not to discount something or to give us a box of contact lenses for long times and the errors attributable to them.
Not recommended.
