Big designer glasses are easy to sell, good quality lenses too !!!! For high-priced custom lenses, a lot of professionalism and precision is required. And this is exactly what is missing!

L'unico punto negativo è la lunga attesa (1 mese) degli occhiali e la scarsa professionalità a mio parere nella risposta al messaggio che ho inviato sul sito. Tutto questo però è indipendente dal negoziante che è stato molto cortese e simpatico.
Great care, but waiting !!!. Great courtesy, including visit and good choice of frame and also of lenses. The only negative point was the long wait (one month) of the glasses and the lack of professionalism in my opinion in response to the message that I sent to the site. All this is independent of the shopkeeper who was very courteous and pleasant.

Dopo un cambio di lenti mi era stato promesso l'invio della nuova fattura che a quasi 2 mesi di distanza ancora non si vede. Chiesto per lenti a contatto e nessuno si è più fatto vivo. Servizio scadente.
I bought a new pair of glasses and had to request that the invoice be sent several times before I got it. After a change of lenses I had been promised to send the new invoice that almost 2 months later still cannot be seen. Asked for contact lenses and nobody showed up anymore. Poor service.
