Il motivo è semplice: lunedì scorso si è rotta la chiusura di un busto rigido autorizzato da Asl per persona invalida al 100% e ritirato presso il centro ortopedico un anno e mezzo fa. Contattati per il pezzo in questione ci viene risposto che è necessario acquistare, o noi o tramite Asl, un busto nuovo.
Non convinta che non ci siano due anni di garanzia chiamo direttamente il produttore
(Tielle) il quale assicura che ci sono due anni di garanzia e rivolgendoci dove è stato preso possiamo avere il pezzo di ricambio. ( cosa che poi è avvenuta dopo aver specificato che era stato chiamato direttamente il produttore).
Inutile qualsiasi ulteriore commento.

The reason is simple: last Monday the closure of a rigid torso authorized by ASL for a 100% disabled person and collected at the orthopedic center a year and a half ago broke. Contacted for the piece in question we are told that it is necessary to buy, either us or through ASL, a new bust.
Not convinced that there is no two-year warranty, I call the manufacturer directly
(Tielle) who ensures that there is a two-year warranty and by contacting us where it was taken we can have the spare part. (which then happened after specifying that the producer had been called directly).
Any further comment is useless.
