Il personale attualmente in servizio è carente nel fornire indicazioni e poco efficae nella comunicazione. Spesso. girando tra i reparti si trovano carrelli di prodotti da sistemare sugli scaffali, ed alcuni dei prodotti mancanti vengono approvvigionati con tempi di attesa lunghi per il cliente. I prodotti scontati sono destinati ai possessori di apposita tessera, che viene richiesta al cliente al termine della registrazione della spesa in cassa, e senza alcuna spiegazione sul fatto che la tessera serva ad usufruire dello sconto.
