★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a questa mattina ero molto felice, uno studio serio con personale competente. Abbassa notevolmente la media l' ortodentista che mi ha accolto con mascherina abbassata toccandosi ripetutamente naso e tossendo, dopo che aveva in mano il suo cellulare, per poi, senza sanificati le.mani, ha preso i guanti per metterli in bocca a mio figlio. Non sono una persona allarmista posso garantire che un atteggiamento del genere mi avrebbe infastidito anche prima.della.pandemia.
Peccato

I am not an alarmist person I can guarantee that such an attitude would have bothered me even before the pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima accoglienza appuntamento alle ore 16.00 e sostengono di avermi chiamata per comunicarmi di averlo posticipato alle 16.40.
Mai ricevuto tale chiamata ma attendo 40 m. Visita medico sportiva come in catena di montaggio, scortesi, sbrigativi. Il tutto 60 euro. Consiglio :siate gentili con i pazienti.
Bad reception appointment at 16.00 and they claim to have called me to let me know that they have postponed it to 16.40.
Never received such a call but I wait 40 m. Sports doctor visit as in an assembly line, rude, hasty. All 60 euros. Tip: be kind to patients.

Mi avvicino alla reception e ricordo la mia prenotazione alle 17:00.
Sguardi confusi, cercano i fogli compilati all'arrivo, erano già stati magicamente archiviati...
Ci fanno accomodare in un corridoio per fare la visita ma altri clienti ci continuano a passare davanti.
Vado a lamentarmi e solo alle 18.10 vengo fatto entrare per la visita.
Mi tolgo giacca e maglia e li devo appallottolare su uno sgabello, ma un appendiabiti?
Esco dallo studio alle 18.40 con un buono sconto per una visita medico sportiva del valore di 20€ valido per 3 mesi, quella appena pagata vale un anno!
Mai più!!!

They make us sit in a corridor to make the visit but other customers continue to pass in front of us.
I go to complain and only at 6.10 am I let in for the visit.
I take off my jacket and shirt and have to roll them up on a stool, but a hanger?
I leave the office at 6.40 pm with a discount coupon for a sports doctor visit worth € 20 valid for 3 months, the one just paid is worth one year!
Never again!!!
