Sabato scorso una volta entrata e chiesto per fare l'analisi, nonostante fosse completamente vuoto, con scuse d'attesa, mi hanno lasciata ad aspettare senza informazioni, sia la ragazza all'accoglienza analisi,sia il dottore che era al computer della reception!
Nonostante le sollecitazioni venivo lasciata ad aspettare il nulla!
Ovviamente me ne sono andata, il dottore non ha manco alzato una volta la testa, neanche che salutare fosse così impegnativo.
Mai più!
Very bad!
Last Saturday, when I entered and asked to do the analysis, despite being completely empty, with excuses of waiting, they left me waiting without information, both the girl at the reception, and the doctor who was at the reception computer!
Despite the solicitations I was left to wait for nothing!
Obviously I left, the doctor didn't even raise his head once, not even that healthy was so demanding.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Sono riuscito a fissare un appuntamento nel pomeriggio avendo chiamato la mattina ( probabilmente grazie ad una cancellazione ). La visita per un certificato medico non agonistico con ECG sotto sforzo è stata eseguita con molta accuratezza e professionalità.
Very nice and helpful staff. I managed to make an appointment in the afternoon having called in the morning (probably thanks to a cancellation). The visit for a non-competitive medical certificate with ECG under stress was performed with great accuracy and professionalism.
