Ho effettuato il pagamento on line. presento documento e pagamento e con arroganza mi viene detto che senza una ricevuta cartacea del pagamento non posso ritirare le analisi.
A) se il pagamento è on line non sono tenuto a stampare ammesso che abbia una stampante
B) non c è scritto da nessuna parte sul foglio del ritiro che è obbligatorio fare la.stampa del pagamento. c è scritto solo presentare il Ticket e io l ho presentato.
Fatto sta che questa ragazzina ripeto maleducata, arrogante mi ha rispedito via non dando nemmeno i suoi estremi per effettuare un reclamo.
Ma la cosa non finisce qui!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia madre è venuta a fare il tampone in misericordia per verificare la negatività del primo tampone, non avendo un mezzo proprio è andata a piedi ed è arrivata 10 min in ritardo. Chiedendo scusa per il ritardo ha chiesto se era possibile comunque farlo, e una infermiera, suppongo, che è lì a fare i tamponi, ha trattato malissimo mia madre minacciandola di non fargli il tampone, dicendole che doveva uscire di casa prima, che loro avevano già finito di farli. Non era possibile perchè con la quantità di persone che vanno a farsi il tampone alle 16 di pomeriggio non penso avessero finito, soprattutto se iniziano alle 15 a fare i tamponi. Non le ha chiesto la tessera sanitaria e nemmeno l'appuntamento. Quindi non so nemmeno se hanno messo il nome giusto al campione prelevato, dato che non avevano nessuna informazione di mia madre. Di una maleducazione inaccettabile. Soprattutto in questa situazione di emergenza, il personale sanitario dovrebbe aiutare le persone e non insultarle e denigrarle. Quindi se avessi potuto mettevo zero stelle ma peccato non si può.

STEFANO GUIDOTTI, ortopedico che non solo si è rifiutato per ripicca di farmi delle infiltrazioni alle ginocchia per le quali avevo preso specificatamente appuntamento ma insultandomi e umiliandomi come donna e paziente solo per un niente che lui stesso ha trasformato in un qualcosa di abnorme e francamente ridicolo, prendendo spunto per offendermi e dileggiarmi pesantemente. Per fortuna il responsabile della Misericordia mi ha confortato e si è scusato per l'increscioso accaduto.
Se una persona è stanca forse è meglio che nn eserciti perché i pazienti sono persone fragili a non possono essere maltrattati come pupazzi a seconda dell'umore del medico.
Per il resto il personale è professionale e gentile.
