★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so cosa sia successo, ma da un po' di tempo, professionalità e competenza non gli appartengo più come un tempo. Scelgo col commesso un accessorio dal catologo. Tempo attesa mi dice 1 settimana, /10 gg. Dopo 2 settimane chiamo io, il caso ha voluto che fosse appena arrivato (sì vabbè). Arrivo a casa, apro la scatola e l'oggetto non è quello ordinato. Sorvolo sulle storie fatte x il rifiuto a cambiarlo, telefonate varie, la pretesa di risolvere di persona e non al telefono, per non parlare delle accuse additatemi del tipo che è colpa mia perché non ho verificato il contenuto. Ho dovuto chiamare, e pagare, l'idraulico 4 volte: smontare il pezzo da cambiare, poi per installare il nuovo (non il modello che avevo ordinato ma l'ho visto solo al rientro dal lavoro), rismontarlo, e finalmente mettere il definitivo. Non paga, ci ritorno. Vado col tubo e sifone originali del lavandino del bagno, ne chiedo uno uguale. Chiedo di verificare il contenuto. Il commesso mi chiede se è x il bidet. Rispondo di no, che x il lavandino (quindi misure di tubo differenti). A colpo d'occhio mi sembra uguale, ma di certo non sono un idraulico e non me ne intendo. Arrivo a casa e l'idraulico mi dice che non è uguale facendomi vedere le differenze, sulla scatola c'è infatti scritto x bidet, e, volendo si adattava ma serviva un pezzo di tubo più lungo. Quante volte devo venire ogni volta per avere il ricambio che mi serve?? A questo punto, di sicuro non ci entrerò mai più. Mi sono rivolta altrove, mi hanno consigliato al meglio, kit esatto x lavandino e annesso tubo extra kit x finire il lavoro. Per fortuna esistono altri negozi e non solo voi.

I had to call, and pay, the plumber 4 times: disassemble the piece to be changed, then to install the new one (not the model I had ordered but I only saw it when I returned from work), reassemble it, and finally put the final one on . It does not pay, I return. I go with the original hose and siphon from the bathroom sink, I ask for one like it. I ask you to verify the content. The clerk asks me if it's x the bidet. I answer no, that x the sink (therefore different pipe sizes). At a glance it seems the same to me, but I'm certainly not a plumber and I don't understand. I arrive home and the plumber tells me that it is not the same by showing me the differences, on the box there is in fact written x bidet, and, if desired, it fit but needed a longer piece of pipe. How many times do I have to come each time to get the spare part I need? At this point, I will certainly never go into it again. I turned elsewhere, they advised me the best, exact kit for sink and attached hose, extra kit to finish the job. Fortunately, there are other shops and not just you.
