Dalla accettazione alla consegna della macchina, al responsabile dell'officina Kia.
Sapendo del mio problema è stato chiamato il responsabile dell'officina ed è venuto subito ha vedere la macchina, ascoltandomi e consigliandomi il meglio per cercare di risolverlo.
Avevo un problema nella mia Proceed abbastanza fastidioso a livello di rumorosità.
Sono stato ascoltato e seguito con molta attenzione e soprattutto mi è stato risolto il problema.
In brevissimo tempo!!!

From acceptance to delivery of the car, to the manager of the Kia workshop.
Knowing of my problem, the workshop manager was called and he came immediately to see the machine, listening to me and giving me the best advice to try to solve it.
I had a rather annoying problem in my Proceed in terms of noise.
I was listened to and followed very carefully and above all the problem was solved.
In a very short time !!!
Congratulations to the kia Auto Zatti dealership !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato alcune volte per acquistare dei ricambi e devo dire che mi paiono cortesi e disponibili, almeno più della media di realtà analoghe. Non conosco invece l'autosalone: sono stato solo una volta per un preventivo ma il venditore ci ha lasciato un pò perplessi per l'eccessiva confidenza: non si dà del "tu" - chiamandoli per nome come se fossero amici - a dei coniugi di oltre 50 anni... sarebbe preferibile un maggior rispetto e deferenza nei confronti dei potenziali clienti. A motivo di questo la QUBO la acquistammo da altro concessionario della provincia di Parma.
I went a few times to buy spare parts and I must say that they seem courteous and helpful, at least more than the average of similar realities. On the other hand, I don't know the car showroom: I was only once for a quote but the seller left us a little perplexed by the excessive confidence: he does not give "you" - calling them by name as if they were friends - to spouses of over 50 years ... more respect and deference towards potential customers would be preferable. For this reason, we bought the QUBO from another dealer in the province of Parma.

I bought a used Citroen C3 in Parma.. everything was very disappointing I got the car almost half a year of waiting bcoz it had problems: documents, personal issues of my broker and ‘pandemic’
.. after i got the car not a month passed and the screen has ‘blocked’- it controls everything from airconditioner etc. so i returned it. After a day i got it
…then after 3 months my car got scratched by a passerby,the scratch was two doors long.
So i decided to get it done since it still had a warranty of 1 year.
Then the so called Daniel of the carrozeria arranged everything but he asked me to give them 250€ for the franchigia said it will be reimbursed after 3 months.
So i agreed… I gave them my car for the cleanup asking for a substitute car from them but i got nothing.
So I asked my coworkers a lift for a week.
After I got the car.. I was kinda relieved because the scratches are gone and the car was clean.. after a month of using it I decided to carwash it but after cleaning it I discovered that the scratch is still there not too deep but it still shows.
So i contacted the office and asked about what happended and i asked about the reimbursement but they said that ‘Daniel’ doesnt work for them anymore and the reimbursement is pending coz he didnt passed the documents.
So im still waiting for the reimbursement after 5months with my car scratches!!
SHAME ON YOUUUU
