★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono disonesti e poco cordiali. Hanno esposto 0,15 cent per stampe da chiavetta in bianco e nero sulla tabella prezzi e me ne fanno 11 da USB. Lei mi fa pagare 2.30. Ricontrollando mi accorgo che mi manca 1 stampa e lei mentre la collega mi fa pagare 0,15 io rispondo "ah quindi sono 0,15 per le stampe bianco nero?" lei subito interviene con " non fa nulla, le avevo gia fatto pagare 12 stampe." E intanto 0,50 cent se li sono presi comunque. Ora per 50 centesimi non muore nessuno ma non è la prima volta che mi succede e sono sicura lo fanno con tutti, oltre che la presa in giro.. NON CONSIGLIATO
 They are dishonest and unfriendly. They have displayed 0.15 cents for black and white key prints on the price table and I get 11 from USB. She charges me 2.30. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il signore con i occhiali che mi ha seguito, prima cosa e una persona maleducata e caffone allo stato puro, chiesto una stampa di foto, mi ha stampato tutte foto sbagliate anche se lui mi ha detto la minura! Mi auguro che nessuno vada più, preferico andare da cinesi o Bangladesh che almeno loro non maleducati come questo qua, prima e ultima volta nella mia vita! MAI PIÙ, NEANCHE GRATIS NON VENGO PIÙ...
The gentleman with glasses who followed me, first of all and a rude person and pure coffee, asked for a photo print, he printed all the wrong photos for me even though he told me the minura! I hope no one goes anymore, I prefer to go to Chinese or Bangladesh than at least them not rude like this one here, first and last time in my life! NEVER AGAIN, EVEN FOR FREE I DON'T COME AGAIN ...

Io rido istintivamente e dico: “scusi, un euro e quindici per stampare un foglio?”
E lui, come se fosse la cosa più normale del mondo: “sì, un euro di apertura file”.
Io ho in mente una parola per definire quell’operazione. E voi?
I only have to print one page from the stick. The guy takes the stick, opens the file and prints the page. He comes back to me and says: "one euro and fifteen cents"
I laugh instinctively and say: "Excuse me, one euro and fifteen to print a sheet?"
And he, as if it were the most normal thing in the world: "yes, one euro to open files".
I have a word in mind to define that operation. And you?
