Durante una seduta di laser per depilazione definitiva la proprietaria del centro mi ha bruciato il tatuaggio rovinandomelo completamente perché si è dimenticata di coprirlo, senza contare al dolore subito e alla bolla che si è creata. In una seduta successiva si soffermata troppo con la manopola e mi ha bruciato la pelle in due punti causandomi dolore, e un segno permanente.
Dopo questi due episodi ho deciso di non andare più per mancanza di fiducia nella persona, non volevo altri segni sulla pelle. La donna sopra citata, non mi vuole più restituire la somma delle sedute di cui non ho usufruito.

During a laser hair removal session the owner of the center burned my tattoo completely ruining it because she forgot to cover it, not to mention the pain suffered and the bubble that was created. In a subsequent session he lingered too much with the knob and burned my skin at two points causing me pain, and a permanent mark.
After these two episodes I decided not to go for lack of confidence in the person, I didn't want other marks on my skin. The woman mentioned above does not want to give me back the sum of the sessions I did not use.
