La nostra esperienza è super positiva, le mie cagnoline si trovano molto bene, nessuna paura (a differenza di altri posti in cui siamo stati in precedenza), lavoro svolto in maniera impeccabile. Tutto condito da sorrisi e gentilezza. Grazie di cuore per quello che fate! Sì è lamentata perché ho chiamato sul cellulare anziché al fisso dicendomi che non aveva l’agenda con lei e dovevo fare il numero fisso se volevo prendere appuntamento. Peccato che al fisso ho tentato più volte e in giorni diversi ma non rispondevano mai. Consiglio di togliere il cellulare dal bigliettino da visita se non vuole essere disturbata e di usare toni più appropriati se vuole continuare a lavorare. A Vimercate ci sono professionisti nel settore e a tutto tondo. Unfortunately, I found the girl who answered the phone very annoying. L'ho conosciuta quando facevo il volontario per un'associazione animalista e l'ho sempre trovata disponibile e gentile. FAR COINCIDERE PROFESSIONE E AIUTO AGLI AMICI A 4 zampe NON è SEMPLICE, ma lei ci riesce e anche bene! Oramai mi sono trasferito lontano ma se fossi in zona affiderei con piacere i miei amori (4 gatti) alle sue cure. Non parliamo poi di quanti miciotti ha aiutato concretamente....! Grazie SIlvia! Silvia e le sue colleghe sono state estremamente attente e disponibili, hanno rispettato le esigenze della mia nonnetta e l’hanno ringiovanita di un bel po’! Grazie ragazze!! Si vede dove c’è attenzione e passione ? Ho portato il persiano a fare toelettatura e anche questo servizio è stato perfetto. Sono andata da loro per fare il bagno al mio cane; lui ha paura dell'acqua infatti spesso ho avuto problemi a lavarlo in altri posti, ma stavolta devo dire che mi sono trovata davvero bene, il mio cane era molto tranquillo e sono riuscite a gestire al meglio la situazione. Anche il risultato dopo il bagno é stato ottimo. Tenendo il mio cane in giardino si sporca molto facilmente ma anche dopo una settimana dal bagno il pelo era morbido, lucido e riuscivo a pettinarlo senza difficoltà. Essendomi trovata così bene sicuramente ci tornerò e consiglio questo posto a chiunque voglia un servizio con i fiocchi perché sicuramente lo otterrete!! Sono stata da diversi toelettatori ma sono state le uniche a chiedermi se il cane avesse problemi alla pelle in modo da scegliere il tipo di shampo. Piccole cose che fanno la differenza :) Very kind, precise and punctual girls. I have been to several groomers but they were the only ones who asked me if the dog had skin problems so I chose the type of shampoo. Little things that make a difference :)
