La titolare e l'estetista (non capisco ancora chi fosse chi) tendevano a passarsi la responsabilità delle loro azioni come se fosse una palla. Avevo un coupon da utilizzare in questo centro estetico e sono stata mandata dall'altra parte della città per stamparlo (che spreco inutile) quando ho mostrato dal digitale i codici che servivano. Dopo averlo pazientemente portato stampato, è iniziata la parte peggiore. L'estetista mi ha fatto la ceretta come se la stessi obbligando e non ha avuto la minima accortezza nell'evitare di farmi male. Infine mi ha gettato da lontano borotalco come se mi stesse panando e spruzzato olio... Non ho parole, alcune professioni necessitano personale competente e in questo "centro benessere" non è presente la competenza e nemmeno il minimo di cordialità richiesta. Non credo che l'estetista potesse permettersi di utilizzare l'appellativo "cara" nel rivolgersi a me e mi ha infastidita molto. Sicuramente non tornerò. Really bad experience. The owner and the beautician (I still don't understand who he was who) tended to pass responsibility for their actions as if it were a ball. I had a coupon to use in this beauty center and I was sent to the other side of the city to print it (what a useless waste) when I showed the codes needed by digital. After patiently bringing it printed, the worst part started. The beautician waxed me as if I were forcing her and she didn't have the slightest care in avoiding hurting me. Finally he threw me talcum powder from afar as if he were breading me and sprinkled oil ... I have no words, some professions need competent staff and in this "wellness center" there is no competence and not even the minimum of friendliness required. I don't think the beautician could afford to use the name "darling" in addressing me and it annoyed me a lot. I will certainly not be returning.

MhA non so, ma come spa.... agghiacciante....igiene poco e nulla, usano come tappetini per i piedi un foglio di carta dei rotoloni industriali....dopo una sauna finlandese per due abbiamo concluso il coupon con mezz'ora in vasca idromassaggio con acqua su cui galleggia all'apparenza dei fili di cotone nero. La doccia vicino la vasca con un box che ha visto tempi migliori, laminato rovinato dall'acqua, e mi fermo qui. Sicuro che non ci torneremo. Maybe as a beauty center .... MhA I don't know, but as a spa .... chilling .... little and nothing hygiene, they use a sheet of paper of industrial rolls as footmats ... after a Finnish sauna for two we concluded the coupon with half an hour in a whirlpool bath with water on which it apparently floats the black cotton threads. The shower near the tub with a box that has seen better times, laminate ruined by water, and I stop here. Sure we won't be back.
