T	Tom Deck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una settimana sono stato due volte in questo locale per due lauree diverse. Entrambe prevedevano l’open wine, ovvero vino illimitato per la serata. La prima volta ci viene detto, ad un certo punto, che il vino era finito e che quindi non potevano più servirlo. Per la seconda laurea, invece, ci viene detto che il vino non l’avrebbero più servito al termine della cena (che in realtà era un aperitivo). I proprietari così facendo credono forse di fregare la gente, proponendo un open wine che open wine non è. Quindi a chiunque abbia intenzione di scegliere questo locale, il mio consiglio è quello di andare altrove. EDIT: rispondo brevemente al commento del proprietario. Il mio giudizio negativo si basa sul fatto che chi gestisce il locale mente spudoratamente al cliente per una proposta come l’open wine. Le modalità con cui il proprietario reagisce alle critiche, accusando chi commenta negativamente di essere ubriaco, è un’ulteriore indicazione della scarsa professionalità di chi gestisce il locale. In a week I have been to this place twice for two different degrees. Both included open wine, that is, unlimited wine for the evening. For the second degree, however, we are told that the wine would no longer be served at the end of the dinner (which was actually an aperitif). La piazzetta esterna da un tocco di bellezza ed è un valore aggiunto per un locale che colpisce già nel suo interno. Historic place. Excellent cocktails, professionalism and courtesy. Per una serata in compagnia senza eccezionali pretese, comunque è ok. La ragazza al bancone molto gentile e disponibile, molto buoni i cocktail. Si decide di festeggiare un evento in questo locale, il gestore propone una cena a buffet con vino illimitato. Ciò che viene portato sono tre mini porzioni a persona, finite queste viene riferito che il vino non sarebbe stato più versato. Praticamente si paga venti euro a persona per avere tre stuzzichini contati e quattro mezzi calici di vino. Da evitare assolutamente ed è un peccato, la vecchia gestione sapeva valorizzare il locale in questione. Il locale propone un buffet a venti euro ma alla fine veniamo serviti con una portata a testa talmente limitata che un semplice aperitivo risulterebbe moto più sostanzioso. Lo staff sarà contento di offrire un servizio così scadente, ma in un ambiente frequentato solo da studenti si diffonde rapidamente una certa nomina e quindi si mette da parte il locale.
