C'era una signora(presumo la proprietaria) che rispondeva indispettita a semplici domande di clienti senza neppure guardarli in faccia in maniera scocciata. Pare stesse facendo un favore (coi miei soldi). Mai piu Bad customer approach. There was a lady (I assume the owner) who answered annoyed simple questions from customers without even looking them in the face in an annoyed way. Apparently he was doing a favor (with my money). Never again

Ci tengo a dire che sin dal entrare per chiedere, fino al dormirci sopra, io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati benissimo. In particolar modo ci e' piaciuto un commesso di circa 40 anni che ci ha accolto col sorriso, ha ascoltato attentamente le nostre esigenze e ci ha saputo guidare fino a permetterci di scegliere il materasso e la reta giusti x noi. Lo stesso uomo ci ha poi portato il tutto a casa dove con puntuale professionalita', ha mostrato anche di essere una persona estremamente educata, disponibile e gentile.
