Negli ultimi mesi, sono andato a fare dei solarium e per tre volte ho trovato la stessa "commessa".
Suggerirei quindi, più attenzione nella scelta dei dipendenti o almeno spiegargli, che anche se entra un uomo, apparentemente dal profilo basso spendente, sarebbe il caso di trattarlo con un minimo di gentilezza.
Addirittura la prima volta che sono andato, volevo fare un abbonamento, ma è riuscita a farmi passare la voglia e con quest'ultima esperienza, ha fatto perdere definitivamente un cliente al centro.
Così, giusto perché il messaggio arrivi... da imprenditore, non sopporto i dipendenti che remano contro all'attività.
