È suddiviso in zone: parrucchiera, barber shop, benessere ed estetica. Si viene accolte come delle regine e si viene accompagnate in saletta d'aspetto per un caffè o una tisana in attesa del proprio appuntamento. Bella atmosfera, pieno di clienti. Ci ritornerò presto. A 5-minute walk from the historic center, easy to reach, the show is really beautiful and classy, very attracts the eye, being decorated beautifully. Se si ritiene di meritarsi un po di cure, relax e "coccole" è il posto giusto. Chi non ha il permesso di andare in centro con la macchina può cercare parcheggio in via prato santo alla fine di via dei Mille .. sono 5 minuti a piedi. Very professional, competent and kind. The spa part is sensational, with water beds for massages. If you think you deserve a little care, relaxation and pampering is the right place. Those who are not allowed to go downtown by car can look for parking in via prato santo at the end of via dei Mille .. they are 5 minutes on foot.
g	giulia gazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale è cortese, ma sono andata con un coupon di groupon pagato 40 euro per colore in crema a copertura completa (testuali parole sulla desctizione groupon) e mi han detto che per una copertura completa avrei dovuto pagare 25 euro aggiuntivi. Per di più ho chiesto colore biondo e di stare attenti a non farmeli arancio. Alla fine della colorazione erano arancioni e mi hanno chiesto 20 euro in più per correggere perché dovevano applicarmi un ulteriore prodotto. Sono arrivata a casa e comunque i capelli non sono biondi ma ramati soprattutto davanti. Non lo consiglio sicuramente per il colore. The staff is courteous, but I went with a groupon coupon paid 40 euros for full coverage cream color (textual words on the groupon description) and they told me that for full coverage I would have to pay an additional 25 euros. Furthermore, I asked for blond color and to be careful not to make them orange. At the end of the coloring they were orange and they asked me for 20 euros more to correct why they had to apply me another product. I got home and in any case the hair is not blond but auburn especially in front. I definitely don't recommend it for the color.

Preventivamente mi sono informata presso la struttura per capire i costi a cui sarei andata incontro: in base alla lunghezza dei capelli avrei pagato tot per la piega . Peccato che durante la seduta mi è stato fatto un impacco con maschera (deliziosa per carità) che credevo fosse inclusa nel lavaggio/Taglio capelli + prodotto detox per la cute (di cui sono stata informata del prezzo, 1 Euro). Alla cassa il conto era ben più alto rispetto a quello che mi aspettavo di pagare : la maschera me l'hanno messa in conto nonostante non fossi stata informata circa il costo. Il taglio è perfetto, proprio come lo volevo. Le ragazze si sono dimostrate disponibili e professionali. Il locale è bellissimo. Peccato per l'inghippo. Alla fine li ho pagati volentieri considerando la bellezza dei capelli post trattamento... Peccato per la non chiarezza I redeemed a haircut voucher. Too bad that during the session I was given a mask pack (delicious for heaven's sake) which I thought was included in the wash / haircut + detox product for the skin (of which I was informed of the price, 1 Euro). The girls proved to be helpful and professional. The place is beautiful. Too bad for the catch. In the end I gladly paid them considering the beauty of the hair after treatment ... Too bad for the lack of clarity

Recommended! All the staff (hairdressers and aesthetics) are very professional, welcoming and helpful. The clean environment. I have been relying on Joy spa for years.

Worst manicure experience ever, poor and limited English, unprofessional beautician, took very almost 2h to complete and there were small little hair in the nail polish , in fact they used old nail polish that too ages for them to apply. Would not recommend this place for nails! And for all that that wanted to charge 60 euros.
