Andando via sempre sulla stessa strada altri negozi che vendevano gli stessi divani. Quindi sono divani seriali e non fatti su misura. Deludente I went to see some sofas that I liked in the photo but got there very disappointing. Always leaving on the same street other shops that sold the same sofas. So they are serial sofas and not made to measure. Disappointing

Speriamo di essere stati sfortunati.. The sofas also look interesting (large assortment by type and fabrics, good-looking workmanship and good prices) but sales assistance is disincentive to say the least, using euphemisms. We hope we were unlucky ..

Abbiamo avuto un problema con il carrello in quanto continuava ad uscire fuori dai binari, chiamato l'assistenza che ci ha fatto portare il carrello in sede, lo abbiamo ritirato e riscontrato un ulteriore problema ovvero quello che il carrello fa alzare il divano. Chiamato l'assistenza ma hanno finta di niente. Assistenza pessima, serietà pari a 0. We had a problem with the trolley as it kept coming out of the tracks, called the assistance that made us bring the trolley in place, we withdrew it and found a further problem that is what the trolley makes the sofa raise. Called for assistance but they ignored it. Bad assistance, seriousness equal to 0.

Ottima qualità del tessuto, vorrei far notare che la rete è fatta di pezzi di legno robusto e non le solite strisce sottili che si piegano e si rompono facilmente. Il personale è stato gentile e rispondeva sempre ai messaggi. I got the "Tomas" bed and I will definitely take another bed. Delivery was fast and smooth. The bed is fabulous! Excellent fabric quality, I would like to point out that the net is made of sturdy pieces of wood and not the usual thin strips that bend and break easily. The staff was nice and always replying to messages.
