★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Centro Diagnostico è nuovissimo e modernissimo, lo staff professionale hanno risposto a una richiesta d'intervento anche in un orario non lavorativo, dopo aver perso diverse ore al pronto soccorso di attesa senza concludere nulla in 20 minuti hanno risolto il problema con un referto molto preciso. Ottima esperienza lo consiglio
The Diagnostic Center is brand new and very modern, the professional staff have responded to a request for intervention even in a non-working time, after having lost several hours in the emergency room waiting without concluding anything in 20 minutes they solved the problem with a report accurate. I recommend the excellent experience

Lo staff molto preparato ed efficente ... Lo consiglio.
I was in Catania for work ... and I can say that I found a clean modern and elegant diagnostic center, on the level of bigger cities.
The staff very prepared and efficient ... I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massima gentilezza alla reception ..ma la dottorina alta 1.50 dovrebbe fare un po di bagni di umiltà sgarbata e arrogante all'ennesima potenza.
Maximum kindness at the reception .. but the tall doctor 1.50 should do some bathrooms of rude and arrogant humility to the nth degree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruttissima esperienza il referto visto da un ortopedico, parliamo di rx piede con e senza appoggio per la mia bambina di 9 anni, non era sufficientemente chiaro e tecnico... in più abbiamo pattuito un prezzo al telefono per la prenotazione , in quanto non convenzionato e, per incomprensioni varie, c'e costato un prezzo eccessivo rispetto ad altri centri. Lo sbaglio c'era perché non avevano capito il tipo di esame quando ero stata abbastanza chiara sia al telefono che di presenza. Esperienza negativa
The report seen by an orthopedist was very bad experience, we are talking about a foot x-ray with and without support for my 9-year-old girl, it was not sufficiently clear and technical ... in addition we agreed a price over the phone for the reservation, as it is not affiliated and, due to various misunderstandings, it cost us an excessive price compared to other centers. The mistake was because they didn't understand the type of exam when I was clear enough both on the phone and in presence. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un ritardo per strada e sarei arrivata oltre l'orario di chiusura, ho chiamato e la signora al telefono mi ha detto che avrebbe aspettato quei 10 minuti oltre. La gentilezza e professionalità sono al top.
I was late on the way and I would be arriving after closing time, I called and the lady on the phone told me she would wait those 10 more minutes. Kindness and professionalism are at the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo centro diagnostico. Personale serio e preparato. Anche se non convenzionato con A.S.P i prezzi sono da ritenersi buoni ed il risultato del referto celere. Consiglio il centro a quanti hanno pure la necessità dell'urgenza. Unica nota dolente il parcheggio, ma questa è un'altra storia che appartiene sicuramente all'amministrazione Comunale di Aci Castello.
Great diagnostic center. Serious and prepared staff. Even if not in agreement with A.S.P, the prices are to be considered good and the result of the report is quick. I recommend the center to those who also have the need for urgency. The only sore point is the parking, but this is another story that certainly belongs to the municipal administration of Aci Castello.
