★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza parole: 11 chiamate per prenotare un ablazione tartaro che mi hanno dato fra un mese e mezzo. Chiamato altro studio, una chiamata e appuntamento fra 1 settimana. A dir poco sono imbarazzanti.
Without words: 11 calls to book a Tartar ablation that they gave me in a month and a half. Another study called, a call and an appointment in 1 week. To say the least they are embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina, ho effettuato RMN presso il Centro e ringrazio sentitamente, sia le operatrici dell'Accettazione, che il Tecnico Radiologo, per la loro competenza e professionalità: dopo avermi accolto con gentilezza, mi hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, per lo svolgimento dell'esame e il ritiro del referto. Ottima struttura, in cui vengono rispettate (e fatte rispettare) in modo rigoroso, tutte le procedure anti-covid.
This morning, I performed an MRI at the Center and I sincerely thank both the Admissions Operators and the Radiologist Technician for their competence and professionalism: after having welcomed me with kindness, they provided me with all the necessary information to carry out the examination and withdrawal of the report. Excellent structure, in which all anti-covid procedures are strictly respected (and enforced).
