Sono davvero molto gentili ed offrono la possibilità di ricevere online gli esiti degli esami. Veramente valido! Very convenient analysis center also because very close to the cemetery parking lot! They are really very kind and offer the possibility to receive the results of the exams online. Really valid!

Un laboratorio sicuramente affidabile. Per esempio oggi sono due ore che provo a telefonare e non c'è versi che rispondano.. (due ore intese che staccano la telefonata e riprovo... praticamente senza pausa) Capisco che stiano lavorando, ma allora non mettete il numero pubblico con gli orari su internet se poi tanto non c'è mezza volta in cui risponde qualcuno. never answering the phone. on the contrary .. you are waiting, it seems that they have answered you but suddenly the line falls .. try again and usual story. Da stamattina alle 8 che li contattiamo telefonicamente, ma senza successo. Abbiamo mandato una mail, anche alla mail nessuna risposta. Contattati ancora telefonicamente, dà sempre occupato, quando finalmente si prende la linea, risponde la segreteria che ti dice di rimanere in attesa e dopo due minuti ti attaccano. Come si fa a contattarli? Il test è ovviamente a pagamento, quindi pretendiamo una risposta. Mi sono pentita di aver usufruito del loro servizio. Bad service. Una specie di vassoietto poggiato all’aperto sul muretto del giardino su cui sono presenti cartellini plastificati numerati. Ogni persona che deve accedere al centro tocca e fruga nel vassoio a mani nude alla ricerca del cartellino con il numero più basso che poi tiene in mano per tutto il tempo dell’attesa depositandolo in seguito presso la reception. Tale modalità di utilizzo dei cartellini numerati vanifica così anche l’eventuale sanificazione serale dei cartellini stessi. Possibile che un grosso centro come il vostro non possa adottare un metodo MONOUSO di gestione della fila che sia più adatto ai tempi attuali? Prenotata da giorni si presenta e le viene detto che manca "il collegamento" e non si sa se la risposta domani arriva. Invitano tutti ad andare a Lucca, ma vi rendete conto della professionalità che hanno? Sconsigliatissimo! My mom had to do molecular swab this morning for surgery on Friday. Stamani sono andato ed il signore ragioniere che stava alla reception è stato poco collaborativo e poco flessibile. Non mi rivolgerò più a questo centro medico. I called for a molecular swab last week and the receptionist hadn't told me a reservation was needed. This morning I went and the gentleman accountant who was at the reception was uncooperative and inflexible. I will no longer go to this medical center.

Ovviamente senza cartelli appesi fuori che mi avrebbero evitato una fila enorme ne scritto sul sito istituzionale per avvertire la clientela. Oltretutto al signore alla cassa, gliene tornava pure anche a lui.
