Ho acquistato circa tre giorni fa una confezione di melatonina in gocce, onestamente la confezione che mi è stata consegnata era esternamente ok con la scatola asciutta Oggi prendo la scatola dal sacchetto che preciso avevo portato a casa immediatamente e trovo tutta la confezione bagnata in quanto la boccetta era chiusa male e ha perduto tutto il liquido. In effetti il tappo era ancora per tre quanti sigillato infatti lo aperto io in presenza del farmacista che ha sentito il "crack" del sigillo che si rompeva. Nonostante questo il farmacista non ha voluto cambiarmi il prodotto dicendo che loro lo hanno consegnato integro e che magari io l'avevo lasciato in macchina al caldo (cosa assolutamente falsa) Devo dire che in particolare quello che mi ha dato più noia sono stati i commenti delle sue colleghe, sinceramente non ho bisogno dei 10 € ma ritengo opportuno da buona commerciante mettermi anche dalla parte del cliente prima di rifiutare l'eventuale cambio magari dicendomi dispiaciuta!
