Professionalità e serietà, gentilezza e tanta delicatezza e umanità. (cosa rara di questi tempi). Un mio sentito ringraziamento a tutti! This morning I went to Dyadea for a gastroscopy, I was greeted with a smile (despite the masks, the eyes don't lie) and every professional accompanied me in this new experience. Professionalism and seriousness, kindness and a lot of delicacy and humanity. (rare these days). My heartfelt thanks to everyone!

Consiglierei sicuramente a tutti la Radiologia di tale centro, ed in particolare il dott. Scarcella, un professionista veramente impeccabile dotato di grande umanità e capacità di ascolto del paziente. I went to this center to have a routine ultrasound. The clinic is well organized, attentive to the patient's needs. I would certainly recommend the radiology of this center to everyone, and in particular Dr. Scarcella, a truly impeccable professional gifted with great humanity and patient listening skills.
M	Matteo Muscogiuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver preso appuntamento telefonico per svolgere la visita sportiva agonistica vengo rassicurato dall'operatrice che posso usufruire dello sconto Soci Coop per un totale di 63€ anziché 70€. La mattina della visita però vengo a conoscenza che le scontistiche non possono essere applicate alla visita sportiva e sono costretto a pagare l'intera somma in quanto ho urgente bisogno del certificato sportivo. Peccato, ci sarebbe voluto poco per porre rimedio ad un errore di comunicazione e non fare la figura dei "furbetti" per pochi euro. Peccato perché la visita medica è stata molto competente ma la serietà nella gestione dell'appuntamento non è stata all'altezza. A	Antonella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato il centro per caso e ho trovato gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff ( segreteria e fisioterapisti) e puntualità negli orari di appuntamento. Visto che si trattava di un centro medico temevo che mancasse il lato umano, invece sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa nel trovare una persona disponibile, empatica che non mi ha trattato come un numero (ho fatto un ciclo di fisioterapie con Giuseppe) e questo aspetto per me è stato molto più importante del disagio di un appuntamento spostato alla settimana successiva. I found the center by chance and I found kindness and courtesy on the part of all the staff (secretariat and physiotherapists) and punctuality in the appointment times. Since it was a medical center I was afraid that the human side was missing, instead I was pleasantly surprised to find a helpful, empathic person who did not treat me like a number (I did a course of physiotherapy with Giuseppe) and this aspect for me it was much more important than the inconvenience of having an appointment moved to the next week.
v	valentin dumitrache on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la seconda visita… Non potendo pagare alla fine della visita ( hanno fatto un casino cancellando la visita appena fatta ) mi hanno detto che appena la mia assicurazione approva una nuova richiesta sarò contattato per pagare la franchigia. Dopo un mese mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che hanno risolto e che posso pagare con bonifico o rivolgermi in uno dei centri. Non avendo l’iban li ho scritto e li ho detto che neanche mio referto non e presente ( non lo trovo più quello cartaceo e devo prenotare un intervento ) nel loro portale…dopo vari email mi chiama il “Responsabile Front Office “ e li comunico che sarebbe giusto risolvere tutto il casino compreso la possibilità di scaricare il referto e poi che mi chiede di pagare. La signora e stata molto disponibile e minacciosa assicurandomi che il referto sul loro portale e un servizio che lo offrono per i clienti ( io cosa sono) e che avvierà un pratica nei miei confronti per il debito che ho (30€)…sono contento per questa signora che si e trovata un lavoro del genere…perché se prendeva gli ordini in una pizzeria chi sa chi e cosa mangiava… It was the second visit ... After a month they called me and told me they solved it and that I can pay by bank transfer or contact one of the centers. Not having the iban I wrote them and told them that even my report is not present (I can no longer find the paper one and I have to book an intervention) in their portal ... after several emails the "Front Office Manager" calls me and I communicate them that it would be right to solve the whole mess including the possibility of downloading the report and then asking me to pay. The lady was very helpful and threatening making sure that the report on their portal is a service that they offer for customers (what I am) and that she will initiate a case against me for the debt I have (30 €) ... I am happy for this lady who found herself such a job ... because if she took orders in a pizzeria who knows who and what she ate ...

Saguatti per la mammografia (sempre gentile e professionale), alla Dott.sa Terzulli - fisiatra con un approccio decisamente empatico con i pazienti Ora che hanno organizzato ancora meglio la segreteria (dopo aver gestito "l'assalto" dei tamponi covid, tutto funziona ancora meglio Modern center with state-of-the-art equipment. Very trained doctors. I can only speak well of the doctors I consulted, from Dr. Saguatti for mammography (always polite and professional), to Dr. Terzulli - physiatrist with a decidedly empathetic approach to patients Now that they have organized the secretariat even better (after having managed the "assault" of the covid tampons, everything works even better

Nel mio caso, per una mammografia. Il Tecnico radiologo ed il dr Scarcella sono stati al mio fianco con grande competenza e sono davvero soddisfatta. Lo consiglio vivamente ! Extreme professionalism, punctuality and seriousness but also courtesy and efficiency. My first experience at the Dyadea Medical Center was great. In my case, for a mammogram. The radiologist technician and Dr. Scarcella were by my side with great competence and I am really satisfied. I highly recommend it!

Il personale della reception e' stato cortese e gentile, la struttura e' accogliente e pulita ed e' raggiungibile dai mezzi pubblici (personalmente ho dovuto usare la macchina, ma dopo una breve ricerca ho trovato parcheggio). Rispetto all'orario da me scelto, ho dovuto attendere 20 minuti, ma questo non influisce negativamente sul mio giudizio. Prima volta che mi reco in questa struttura, medico preciso e competente e che ha risposto a tutte le mie domande e dubbi. Consiglio. The reception staff was courteous and polite, the structure is welcoming and clean and can be reached by public transport (personally I had to use the car, but after a short search I found a parking space). Compared to the time I chose, I had to wait 20 minutes, but this does not negatively affect my judgment. First time I go to this facility, a precise and competent doctor who has answered all my questions and doubts. Advise.
