E non parlo solo all'accettazione.
Lo sconsiglio fortemente.
Arrogant staff with low professionalism (secretaries shouting in the room making the onlookers feel the problems of others, sick or not, of an equal ignorance).
And I'm not just talking about acceptance.
I strongly advise against it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non hanno un sito con una mail dove chiedere info,se vai allo sportello peggio di andar di notte...non vogliono perdere tempo e cosi facendo fanno si che le persone vanno altrove dove ce un minimo di gentilezza
they don't have a site with an email where to ask for info, if you go to the counter worse than going at night ... they don't want to waste time and in doing so they make people go elsewhere where there is a minimum of kindness
