★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco che con la nuova ondata di contagi questi centri possano essere in difficoltà ma mi sembra assurdo far attendere 72 ore per la risposta di un tampone molecolare (ne bastano 36). Cattiva anche la gestione della fila e dell'accesso alla sede. Mi dispiace ma si dovrebbe essere più organizzati, sopratutto se si trattano questioni delicate in tempi delicati.
I understand that with the new wave of infections these centers may be in difficulty but it seems absurd to wait 72 hours for the response of a molecular swab (36 are enough). The management of the queue and access to the office is also bad. I am sorry but we should be more organized, especially when dealing with sensitive issues in delicate times.
