★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stato due volte per una risonanza magnetica....molto gentili,impeccabili...inoltre i tecnici impegnati a farmi l'esame,gentili e pazienti dato che soffro di claustrofobia!!!
I have been twice for an MRI .... very nice, impeccable ... also the technicians engaged in taking the exam, kind and patient since I suffer from claustrophobia !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale accettazione gentile e preparato, Tecnico RM bravo e gentile , male molto male l'addetto il medico addetto alla RM che oltre ad essere ormai da pensione e poco paziente è un macellaio con l'ago per l'infusione del Contrasto , attaccare l' ago al polso ( dolorosissimo) si è otturato , poi per posizionare l'ago nel braccio 30 minuti a ravanare senza trovare la vena , trovata la vena l'ago esce e il contrasto entra nel braccio (dolore orribile) medico da licenziare.
Reception staff polite and prepared, RM Technician good and polite, bad very badly the assistant the doctor assigned to MRI who in addition to being retired and not very patient is a butcher with the needle for the infusion of the Contrast, attach the needle on the wrist (very painful) is blocked, then to place the needle in the arm 30 minutes to radish without finding the vein, found the vein the needle comes out and the contrast enters the arm (horrible pain) doctor to be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. I tempi di attesa per la diagnostica per immagini non sono mai eccessivi e la consegna dei referti avviene in 24-36 ore. Eccellente sarebbe il sistema di prenotazione online che sul sito è in fase di costruzione.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The waiting time for diagnostic imaging is never excessive and the delivery of reports takes 24-36 hours. Excellent would be the online booking system that is under construction on the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono oggi recato in questo centro per un'esame diagnostico per immagini: la persona che mi ha eseguito l'ecodoppler è stata talmente frettolosa e dai modi così approssimativi (l'esame sarà durato un 3 minuti in tutto), che resto nel dubbio che l'esame sia stato fatto male.
Assolutamente sconsigliato.
I went to this center today for a diagnostic imaging examination: the person who performed the Doppler ultrasound was so hasty and so approximate (the examination lasted a total of 3 minutes), that I remain in doubt that the exam was done wrong.
Absolutely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile prenotare telefonicamente. Possibile che abbiano una sola linea per le prenotazioni? L'ho fatta on-line la richiesta di prenotazione, ed è stata molto efficace. In effetti poi ho scoperto che hanno avuto problemi con il loro operatore telefonico.
Impossible to book by phone. Could they have only one line for reservations? I made the reservation request online, and it was very effective. In fact, I later found out that they had problems with their telephone operator.

Chiedo un esame delle urine semplici urgente per un bambino... in qualsiasi struttura si possono ottenere nel giro di poche ore, qui dalle 7 del mattino mi dicono di passare alle 12, arrivo e mi riducono passa oggi pomeriggio, ritorno alle 16 e mi dicono passa più tardi infine alle 18 trovo il risultato.
Nel 2022 non hanno ancora un sistema per avere i referti online, bisogna andare da vicino ogni volta e fare le file... al telefono non risponde mai nessuno. In tanti anni, hanno guadagnato un Impero lavorando onestamente ma non hanno fatto nulla per migliorare i servizi. Aggiornatevi!!
Not serious and professional.
I ask for an urgent simple urinalysis for a child ... in any facility they can be obtained within a few hours, here from 7 am they tell me to go at 12, I arrive and they reduce me passes this afternoon, I return at 16 and I they say it passes later finally at 18 I find the result.
In 2022 they still do not have a system for having online reports, you have to go closely every time and queue ... no one ever answers on the phone. Over the years, they have earned an Empire by working honestly but have done nothing to improve services. Update yourself !!
