★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, mi sento in dovere di esprimere la mia testimonianza in relazione al centro RDM di Reggio emilia. Ho telefonato per prenotare una RMN encefalo per mio marito, il dr. Marani spiegata la situazione delicata, mi ha invitato a presentarmi con mio marito, la quale gli avrebbe spiegato il procedimento dell'esecuzione dell'esame. All'arrivo , è stato talmente comprensivo , ha recepito la situazione e lo stato anche emotivo di mio marito, che ha ritenuto di eseguire sul momento la RMN. Ho trovato una grande umanità e comprensione nonché una grande competenza e professionalità che molto raramente si trovano.Trovo molto importante l'aspetto umano e la relazione con il paziente in certe situazioni , perché dare un po di tranquillità non costa nulla, e la persona ne trae giovamento.
Ringrazio tutta l'equipe del dr. Marani, augurandomi che vada in pensione il più tardi possibile, e il successore sia degno di prendere parte a questo centro. Peccato che non sia convenzionato. Anna .
Good morning, I feel compelled to express my testimony in relation to the RDM center in Reggio Emilia. I phoned to book a brain MRI for my husband, dr. Marani explained the delicate situation, invited me to introduce myself with my husband, who would explain to him the procedure for performing the exam. Upon arrival, she was so understanding, she understood the situation and also the emotional state of my husband, who decided to perform the MRI on the spot. I have found a great humanity and understanding as well as a great competence and professionalism that very rarely are found.I find the human aspect and the relationship with the patient very important in certain situations, because giving a little peace of mind does not cost anything, and the person benefits.
I thank the whole team of dr. Marani, wishing me to retire as late as possible, and the successor to be worthy of taking part in this center. Too bad it's not an agreement. Anna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia figlia aveva estrema urgenza di sottoporsi a risonanza magnetica lombare e alla Radiologia Davolio Marani le hanno fissato un appuntamento nell'arco di pochi giorni. Il dottor Davolio Marani le ha spiegato come si sarebbe svolto l'esame e mia figlia, pur non soffrendo di claustrofobia, si è sentita rassicurata e seguita al meglio.
Al termine dell'esame, il dottore le ha spiegato la natura del suo problema e le ha consegnato il cd, l'esito cartaceo è stato inviato tramite e-mail.
Non è necessario avere l'impegnativa del medico di base per poter effettuare gli esami.
Mia figlia consiglia questo centro diagnostico, e se necessario ci tornerà, ma con l'avvertenza che il costo degli esami è decisamente superiore rispetto ad altri centri.
AGGIORNAMENTO AL 26/04/22
Fermo restando l'opinione sopra espressa, devo aggiungere un aggiornamento. Mia figlia ha smarrito il cd della sua risonanza magnetica, effettuata verso la fine di gennaio 2022; ha quindi telefonato per chiederne una nuova copia, ma le è stato risposto che non poteva averla: il primo di febbraio c'è stato un cambio di proprietà, e tutta la documentazione relativa alla diagnostica per immagini precedente a quella data non è più disponibile. L'unico documento che possono produrre è il referto scritto (che però era già stato inviato tramite e-mail).
Ora, concordo sul fatto che deve essere cura del paziente conservare la documentazione medica, ma può accadere di smarrire un documento e mi pare assurdo che per un cambio di proprietà tutta la diagnostica, soprattutto se archiviata su un supporto digitale come un cd, non sia più disponibile.

At the end of the exam, the doctor explained the nature of her problem and gave her the CD, the paper result was sent by e-mail.
It is not necessary to have a referral from a general practitioner to be able to carry out the tests.
My daughter recommends this diagnostic center, and will return if necessary, but with the caveat that the cost of the tests is much higher than other centers.
UPDATE ON 04/26/22
Notwithstanding the opinion expressed above, I need to add an update. My daughter has lost the CD of her magnetic resonance, carried out towards the end of January 2022; she then phoned to ask for a new copy, but was told that she could not have it: on February 1st there was a change of ownership, and all the documentation relating to medical imaging prior to that date is no longer available. The only document they can produce is the written report (which, however, had already been sent by e-mail).
Now, I agree that it must be the patient's care to keep the medical documentation, but it can happen that a document is lost and it seems absurd that for a change of ownership all the diagnostics, especially if stored on a digital medium such as a CD, is not more available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata bene (da infermiera che ha lavorato agli infettivi, ferrista di sala, membro di medici senza frontiere, pronipote dei fondatori del Santa Maria ) finché c'era il doc Davolio Marani. Certa di trovare la stessa professionalità mi sono recata oggi per una rm al ginocchio.
Il tecnico radiologo (una "signora" bionda con gli occhiali alla quale per ovvie questioni di privacy non ho chiesto il nome) è stata non solo maleducata, senza l'ombra di empatia, per nulla professionale ed arrogante, senza NESSUNA motivazione se non la mia domanda "può anticiparmi a grandi linee se vede la lesione del menisco? ". Mi ha trattato come mai sono stata trattata in vita mia, con una maleducazione che non ci si aspetta da un adolescente.
Ho speso 2.800 euro negli ultimi mesi per il mio problema al ginocchio, ho fatto 3 risonanze; non ho mai riscontrato una poca professionalità come in questo " centro".
Inoltre i referti li consegnano enormemente in ritardo e nel centro non si può parlare con un medico.
Esperienza pessima è dire poco.
Non sanno nemmeno dove stanno di casa.
I soldi invece li accettano in due secondi.
Che posto allucinante.
I always enjoyed myself (as a nurse who worked on infectious diseases, a room attendant, a member of Doctors Without Borders, great-grandson of the founders of Santa Maria) as long as there was Doc Davolio Marani. Sure of finding the same professionalism I went today for a knee rm.
The radiologist technician (a blonde "lady" with glasses whose name I did not ask for obvious reasons of privacy) was not only rude, without the hint of empathy, not at all professional and arrogant, with NO motivation except her my question "can you anticipate me in broad terms if you see the meniscus tear?". He treated me as I have never been treated in my life, with a rudeness that is not expected of a teenager.
I spent 2,800 euros in the last few months for my knee problem, I did 3 resonances; I have never encountered a lack of professionalism like in this "center".
In addition, the reports are delivered enormously late and you cannot speak to a doctor in the center.
Bad experience is an understatement.
They don't even know where they are at home.
The money instead accepts them in two seconds.
What a hallucinating place.
