★ ★ ★ ★ ★ è il prim9 centro commerciale che si trova entrando a spinaceto. ha avuto tempi migliori, nonostante ciò è ancora abbastanza attivo grazie a poche attività che sono in attivo. inizialmente tutti i negozi all'interno erano aperti e con attività redditizie ora molte hanno chiuso lasciando alcune parti della galleria poco frequentata. ottimo il centro analisi e il centro di fisioterapia, efficiente l'ACI, ottima la sanitaria dove il personale è preparato, gentile ed efficientissimo.
