Tonino tutto impomatato elargisce sconti come acqua fresca intanto poi non consegna la merce e vi frega Un vero schifo, truffa bella e buona. Scappate Very bad experience. One sucks. E' incredibile come un centro così grande si sia ridotto a continui espedienti per non consegnare la merce già pagata ai clienti. Una volta era un centro affidabile Bad experience, material delivered not compliant with the one purchased, continuous reassurances of replacement, but after months still nothing, with always new excuses. Show room bello e ben fornito ma, aime’ ... finisce tutto lì e , la merce consegnata , ammesso che così sia, e’ solo una lontanissima parente di quella esposta. Sembra di far parte di una sceneggiata ed all’atto della stipula del contratto appaiono tutti gentili ed a completa disposizione della clientela ma , tale cortesia non la vedrete più tutte le altre volte che vi recherete a chiedere notizie riguardanti la merce ordinata e già pagata, con cambiali richieste espressamente al momento dell’acquisto. La merce, di pessima qualità , è stata consegnata con notevole ritardo e solo dopo missiva da parte di un legale. Tengo comunque a precisare che parte della merce veniva ritirata in loco con mezzi propri al fine di contrastare i numerosi rinvii. Co Spero che tale recensione possa essere d’aiuto a quanti interessati all’acquisto. Run away as long as you are in time! Si è fatto pagare in anticipo e dopo un anno ci ha consegnato solo la metà della merce con la conseguenza di dover ricomprare l'altra metà della merce ad altri venditori. Ho scelto un mobile bagno e ho chiesto se si potesse avere con delle modifiche, mi rispondono che non ci sono problemi, e stabiliamo un data di consegna. La data non viene rispettata, e quando chiamavo per sapere della consegna nessuno sapeva nulla. Mi chiedevano di lasciare il mio numero di telefono , che avrebbero chiesto informazioni e mi avrebbero richiamato......ma purtroppo la cosa non accadeva!!!!! Comunque arriva la consegna ben 20 giorni dopo...ma con i pezzi sbagliati . Cioè le modifiche da me richieste non c'erano. E lo specchio doveva essere ben 20 cm più corto .... e lo rimando indietro. Dopo 15 giorni lo rimandano ancora una volta sbagliato, cioè ancora 20 cm più grande...... Naturalmente lo rimando indietro. Se è così che trattano i clienti ...... meglio nei centri commerciali che loro tanto denigrano .... almeno quelli le consegne le fanno nei tempi stabiliti e soprattutto ti consegnano ciò che tu hai ordinato....non altre cose! Per ora non sono completamente soddisfatta perché la merce è arrivata solo parzialmente nonostante abbia pagato tutto in anticipo, sono dovuta andare al negozio per avere quello che mancava. Il negoziante mi ha detto che risolverà tutto entro domani, anche il fatto che il piano in marmo ha una piccola scheggiatura (mi ha detto che me lo sostituisce). Se andrà tutto come promesso dal venditore potrò sentirmi soddisfatta. Vi tengo aggiornati. Il materiale è di ottima qualità I also add myself to the reviews. Lavoro in questo settore ho fatto diversi preventivi non ho trovato nessuno che mi ha trattato come loro. Forse i tempi di consegna non erano proprio precisi ma il materiale mi è sempre arrivato tutto e sottolineo tutto e la merce era esattamente quella che era stata pattuita. Anzi devo sottolineare che sono stati molto pazienti anche per i pagamenti. Io non sono né un amico né un parente né lavoro con loro. Sono stato semplicemente un loro cliente e sono rimasto contentissimo. Good evening to all. I had a great time I practically made the whole house from them. Dopo 1 anno dal pagamento e dopo tantissime telefonate e visite al negozio, non avevo ricevuto ancora nulla, solo dopo aver nominato un legale mi ha portato della merce , ma , scadente , non quella scelta da me e la doccia box pagata profumatamente e' arrivata con vetri a mille pezzi e in piu (dopo che a mie spese ho fatto rifare i vetri temperati) a distanza di un anno e un ammasso di ruggine, come si vede in foto , da buttare, cosi come il lavello di vetro , ci si infiltra l' acqua e si macchia , allora ho chiesto un cambio e a quel punto il signor T. si fa negare al telefono e quando mi presento li mi urla contro con calunnie, insulti e niente cambio. Non fatevi abbindolare dalla finta gentilezza. La mia amarezza più grande e' che ho speso tutti i soldi che avevo da parte , non ho uno scontrino, non ho una garanzia , la merce non è quella che ho scelto e in più non mi cambia neanche quella danneggiata o quella che si e' rovinata con il semplice utilizzo.
