Mi sono presentata all"ora stabilita, le 10.00 ( ora di apertura), ho trovato il cancello chiuso e dismesso, ho telefonato ma non ha risposto nessuno, ho aspettato 30 minuti, ma inutilmente. Nessuno mi ha contattata ne prima e ne dopo. Da dimenticare!!! I phoned and made an appointment for the following week, I was asked to warn if I had any problems going .. Dopo un paio di visite al negozio ho ordinato una camera da letto, ho riscontrato sulla mia pelle un servizio pessimo, consegna in ritardo rispetto ai tempi stabiliti e ho dovuto accettare anche cose difformi rispetto a quanto ordinato. Per essere precisi un comodino doveva essere diverso dall'altro e alla fine erano uguali mentre la spalliera vista in negozio era fatta da due cuscinoni separati, mi ha consegnato una spalliera unica mezza imbottita. E per finire l'armadio a muro lasciato senza coprifilo laterale nonostante sia venuto 3 volte a prendere le misure nei mesi precedenti, questa cosa mi iniziava già a preoccupare. Insomma vista l'urgenza di entrare in casa ho accettato i comodini ma contestato la spalliera che, dopo mille litigate telefoniche e il saldo anticipato di tutto, sotto la minaccia che altrimenti non mi avrebbero inviato la merce, dopo oltre 6 mesi di agonia, mi hanno cambiato.
