La pratica della mia cucina, l ha seguita la signora Anastasia, che con molta professionalità e soprattutto velocitá ha risolto tutte le mie problematiche in campo di progettazione(non facile in quanto avevo due muri fuori squadro) e di abbinamento di colori. Mi ha assistito per tutta la durata dell'ordine, consegna e post montaggio con prontezza e professionalità. Per quanto riguarda il montaggio sono stati efficientissimi, sia per quanto riguarda il lavoro( sono arrivati attrezzati di ogni tipo di materiale). La squadra Tiziano é arrivata in orario spaccato, e ha montato la cucina in tempi brevissimi, facendo anche modifiche la dove non era loro compito. In materia di prezzi, inizialmente ero un po dubbioso in quanto mobilifici hanno prezzi meno competitivi rispetto alle grande catene stile Ikea, invece è tutto il contrario. Nel complesso e nel dettaglio sono rimasto veramente veramente contento. I went to Harte on the recommendation of a friend, and from the first date they were all very helpful. The practice of my kitchen was followed by Mrs. Anastasia, who with great professionalism and above all speed solved all my problems in the field of design (not easy as I had two walls out of square) and color matching. He assisted me for the entire duration of the order, delivery and post assembly with promptness and professionalism. As regards the assembly they were very efficient, both as regards the work (they arrived equipped with every type of material). The Tiziano team arrived in split time, and assembled the kitchen in a very short time, even making changes where it was not their job. In terms of prices, I was initially a bit doubtful as furniture factories have less competitive prices than the large Ikea-style chains, but it's quite the opposite. Overall and in detail I was really really happy.

Sia al negozio che al call center sono sempre disponibili e super professionali. Lo straconsiglio e consiglio di farsi aiutare da Anastasia! È davvero gentile e cura ogni esigenza del cliente senza mettere fretta e anzi facendoti scegliere la cosa che più si adatta ai propri ambienti. Grazie I bought a good part of the furniture from Hartè and I am fully satisfied. Excellent value for money, each piece of furniture is super customizable. Both at the shop and at the call center they are always available and super professional. I highly recommend it and I recommend getting help from Anastasia! Anastasia è stata bravissima nel progettarla con tutti i comfort e gli spazi necessari, nonostante il poco spazio che avevamo a disposizione. I montatori hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. Per quello che mi riguarda, ho avuto un'esperienza del tutto positiva e mi sono sempre interfacciata con persone disponibili e competenti, a partire da Anastasia e arrivando fino al momento della consegna e del montaggio. Infatti è riuscita a risolvere con l'assistenza un disguido nella consegna:avevamo ricevuto il lavello sbagliato, ma nel primo pomeriggio ci è stato consegnato quello corretto. Un ringraziamento particolare va al montatore Tiziano che è stato molto preciso e ordinato. La cucina è bella e funzionale. Grazie a tutti! E’ stata molto gentile e disponibile. La cucina è deliziosa, il colore è davvero molto bello e si intona alla mia cucina. I montatori sono stati puntuali e precisi nel lavoro.
