Al Centro Belfiore trovi Pilates, Fisioterapia, Ginnastica Posturale, Yoga, Programma Anti-Aging, Detox, Corsi per bambini.
Credo che essere seguiti da un Personal Trainer Professionista, che ha studiato Fisioterapia e Pilates, sia la formula migliore per essere belli e in salute. Vi aspetto!

Since 1981 I have been caring for the well-being of people together with my staff.
At the Belfiore Center you will find Pilates, Physiotherapy, Postural Gymnastics, Yoga, Anti-Aging Program, Detox, Courses for children.
I believe that being followed by a Professional Personal Trainer, who has studied Physiotherapy and Pilates, is the best formula to be beautiful and healthy. I wait for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto preparato , professionale e gentile. Personalmente seguo un corso di yoga che penso non lascerò piu. Mio figlio segue un corso di judo con un bravissimo insegnante motivato e serio. Spero di provare anche Pilates e le altre attività del centro. Dimenticavo , bagno turco e massaggio... splendidi!!!
Very trained, professional and kind staff. I personally take a yoga class which I think I will never leave. My son follows a judo course with a very good motivated and serious teacher. I hope to try Pilates and the other activities in the center too. I forgot, Turkish bath and massage ... beautiful !!!

Ho frequentato le lezioni di yoga bilingue (italiano/inglese) con Carlo e mi sono sentito subito meglio a livello muscolare e psichico.
Ho provato anche il bagno turno e l’idrocolon terapia con la simpaticissima infermiera Concetta che mi ha fatto sentire sin da subito a mio agio. Queste pratiche hanno apportato un benessere fisico non indifferente.
Excellent structure, competent teachers, interesting courses and a relaxing atmosphere.
I attended bilingual yoga lessons (Italian / English) with Carlo and I immediately felt better on a muscular and psychic level.
I also tried the round bath and hydrocolon therapy with the very nice nurse Concetta who made me feel immediately at ease. These practices have brought about considerable physical well-being.

The studio is clean and welcoming and the managers are kind and professional. It is possible to carry out a large number of sports and relaxation activities and to contact various health professionals.

Esci dal centro con il corpo e lo spirito più leggero per l’energia che ti trasmettono . Poi il sorriso di Cinzia che ti accoglie alla reception apre e chiude la positiva esperienza . Consigliato senza ombra di dubbio.
Excellent Wellness and Physiotherapy Center. I have been attending it for years and have not found an equal. Manuela and Carlo professional and empathetic. Come out of the center with your body and spirit lighter for the energy they transmit to you. Then the smile of Cinzia who welcomes you at the reception opens and closes the positive experience. Recommended without a shadow of a doubt.
