Porto il TV che non si accende il lunedì...chiedo una valutazione della spesa è un 22" non voglio dissanguarmi...oggi li trovi a - di 150€ ...mi dicono che prima del giovedì non possono valutarlo. Il giovedì sera alle 19 chiamo e mi dicono che ancora non ha avuto tempo...preciso che è l'unico TV che ho ma la Sig.ra mi dice di stare tranquillo che appena lo controlla mi fa sapere lei. Passano 10 giorni ossia si arriva ad oggi...nel frattempo ho dovuto prendere un altro TV... torno al negozio e sorpresa il TV è riparato 50 € la spesa senza nemmeno interpellarmi prima..la scusa...eravamo rimasti che se la somma era bassa si riparava...eh no!! Eravamo rimasti che dovevo saperlo prima... avrei deciso di non ripararlo o avrei deciso di non comprarne un altro. Mi sono sentito preso per i fondelli...bravi a riparare magari si ma attenzione e rispetto del cliente forse con altri. Con me no di certo. Addio. Experience to forget. M	Marco Cicca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato delle cuffie con altoparlanti perfettamente funzionanti ma con jack spezzato. Dopo circa un mese e mezzo mi ritornano con l'altoparlante di destra che si sente poco meno di quello di sinistra ed un lavoro di riparazione al jack da 3.5mm che sembra fatto da dilettanti stile Art Attack (allego foto). Voto 2 stelle e non 1 perché poco prima ho portato delle casse audio da restaurare ed i pezzi usati sono buoni, suonano meglio di prima. Ho acquistato anche un cavo USB micro per ricaricare il controller della PlayStation e non funzionava, né sulla PS4, né sui cellulari. La Signora ha fatto qualche storia per cambiarlo, alla fine mi è stato sostituito. Nessuno dei due cavi era venduto confezionato. Reputo abbastanza pessima l'esperienza con le cuffie. Ho aspettato quasi due mesi per poi ricomparle il giorno dopo che sono tornate "aggiustate". I brought headphones with fully functional speakers but with a broken jack. After about a month and a half they return to me with the right speaker which is heard a little less than the left one and a repair job on the 3.5mm jack which seems to have been done by amateurs in the Art Attack style (attached photo). I rate 2 stars and not 1 because shortly before I brought some audio speakers to be restored and the used pieces are good, they sound better than before. I also bought a micro USB cable to charge the PlayStation controller and it didn't work, neither on the PS4, nor on mobile phones. The Lady made some history to change it, in the end I was replaced. Neither cable was sold packaged. I find the experience with the headphones quite bad. I waited almost two months and then reappeared the day after they came back "fixed".
