Durante la prima chiamata, il collega, ha cercato di capire il problema, dicendomi poi che mercoledì o comunque in settimana sarebbe arrivato l'intervento,però doveva capire bene quando, quindi mi avrebbe richiamato. Nel pomeriggio richiama e mi consiglia di cercare un altra assistenza perché loro " sono pieni" ed io sono " urgente". Come se ci fossero lavori più o meno urgenti, o persone ( che loro credono stupide o cadute dal cielo) da poter prendere in giro.

Capisco il periodo di piena, ma non è concepibile non riuscire a fissare un appuntamento in una data qualsiasi. Mi sono rivolto altrove

Interpellato al telefono, il titolare è stato molto polemico e non ha offerto nessuna soluzione, dicendomi di comprare il condizionatore da un'altra parte - dopo avermi fatto aspettare MESI che quello che ho ordinato da lui arrivasse.
