Dall'installazione, alla manutenzione alle varie riparazioni sia sulla mia caldaia che sui miei climatizzatori. La segretaria mi ha risposto in tempi brevissimi, offrendomi un appuntamento nell'immediato in corrispondenza delle mie esigenze, rispondendo in modo esaustivo ad ogni mio dubbio e ad ogni mia perplessità. Sottolineo quindi la professionalità e celerità negli interventi.
 On several occasions over the years I have had the opportunity to receive an excellent service from Mr. Bruno and the whole Bruno Service Clima team. From installation to maintenance to various repairs both on my boiler and on my air conditioners. The secretary answered me in a very short time, offering me an immediate appointment in correspondence with my needs, answering in an exhaustive way to all my doubts and all my perplexities. I therefore emphasize the professionalism and speed in the interventions.

Bad Panasonic service, not to mention nonexistent. Contacted for intervention under warranty, they found every excuse not to carry out the intervention. Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissato appuntamrnto per manutenzione annuale della mia caldaia,cosi come accadeva ormai da diversi anni,essendo un cliente abituale di questa ditta di assistenza. Per ben 3 volte l'appuntamento è stato rinviato per sopraggiunti imprevisti da parte del tecnico per poi sentirmi dire dalla segretaria che mi ha contattato il giorno prima del quarto appuntamento fissato che dato che la mia caldaia era ormai "datata" la manutenzione prevista era annullata, alla faccia della serieta e professionalità tanto decantata.In conclusione esperienza NEGATIVA!
Scheduled appointment for annual maintenance of my boiler, as it has been happening for several years now, being a regular customer of this service company. For 3 times the appointment was postponed due to unexpected occurrences by the technician and then I was told by the secretary who contacted me the day before the fourth scheduled appointment that since my boiler was now "out of date" the scheduled maintenance was canceled , in spite of the seriousness and professionalism so praised.In conclusion, NEGATIVE experience!
