★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza fino ad oggi davvero pessima. Ho pagato tutto il pacchetto laser in settembre e sono riuscita a fare solo una seduta. Sempre in ritardo con gli orari, mi sono presentata 5 min prima del trattamento per correttezza e mi è stato risposto che ..”.ero davvero in anticipo”. Ho chiesto di poter caricare il cellulare, sempre per cortesia e mi è stato detto che non era possibile,come se avessi chiesto la luna. Ma il vero problema è la prenotazione degli appuntamenti. Mi spiego meglio... dopo la seduta non riesci ad avere il successivo appuntamento perché le agende sono chiuse e aprono dj mese in mese. Siccome le sedute bisogna farle ogni due mesi devi chiamare tu il mese successivo Della seduta eseguita per l’appuntamento, se ti rispondono!!! Il problema è che magicamente per il mese successivo è già tutto pieno anche se chiami nel giorno che ti hanno detto che riaprono le agende, davvero scorretto!!! Inoltre finisci per fare le sedute ogni 3 o 4 mesi e non come previsto ogni 2 mesi. L’idea che mi sono fatta è che tendono solo ad accaparrarsi il cliente facendo promozioni con dei pacchetti che sembrano convenienti ma poi si trascura tutto il resto. Lo sconsiglio, meglio pagare di più e avere un buon servizio!
 Really bad experience to date. I paid for the full laser package in September and only managed one session. Always late with the schedules, I showed up 5 minutes before the treatment for fairness and I was told that .. ". I was really early". I asked to be able to charge my mobile phone, again out of courtesy and was told it was not possible, as if I had asked for the moon. But the real problem is booking appointments. Let me explain ... after the session you can't get the next appointment because the diaries are closed and DJs open month by month. Since the sessions must be done every two months, you must call the following month of the session performed for the appointment, if they answer you !!! The problem is that magically for the following month everything is already full even if you call on the day they told you that they reopen the diaries, really incorrect !!! You also end up having sessions every 3 or 4 months and not as expected every 2 months. The idea I got is that they tend only to win over the customer by making promotions with packages that seem convenient but then everything else is neglected. I do not recommend it, better to pay more and have good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento quest’istituto da quasi 4 anni e mi trovo benissimo . Piano piano ho fatto il laser su tutto il corpo . Il personale é sia gentilissimo che esperto e professionale . Non ho mai avuto problemi con gli appuntamenti perché quando non rispondono alla mia chiamata , in giornata mi chiamano loro .Faccio 45 min di strada per fare il laser da loro ma non voglio assolutamente cambiare istituto perché mi ormai ho confidenza e fiducia e mi sono affezionata un sacco alle « mie » estetiste ??
I have been attending this institute for almost 4 years and I have a great time. Slowly I did the laser all over my body. The staff are both very kind and experienced and professional. I have never had problems with appointments because when they do not answer my call, they call me during the day. I walk 45 minutes to get a laser from them but I absolutely do not want to change institute because by now I have confidence and trust and I am fond of a lot to "my" beauticians ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi trovo bene perché non hanno mai posto per gli appuntamenti.ti dicono he perché il trattamento funzioni devi farlo ogni due mesi ma poi non hanno posto e te lo danno anche 3 mesi dopo. Intanto tocca andare a lametta.Dopo 2 sedute ho più peli di prima.Se non avessi speso i soldi in anticipo non ci andrei più.
I'm not happy because they never have room for appointments. They tell you that for the treatment to work you have to do it every two months but then they don't have room and they give it to you even 3 months later. In the meantime I have to go razor blade. After 2 sessions I have more hair than before. If I hadn't spent the money in advance I would not go there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato a Ottobre 2021 il pacchetto da 8 sedute (la ragazza ha insistito tanto per farmene prendere di più e farmi fare il pagamento mensile) ma io le ho pagate tutte e 8 subito...
Sta di fatto che ad oggi 15 marzo 2022 sono riuscita a fare solo un trattamento per gambe e inguine con 2 appuntamenti divisi perché non hanno mai tempo.. Oggi avevo l'appuntamento per la seconda prenotazione ma guarda caso X LA SECONDA VOLTA IL MACCHINARIO E' ROTTO. PESSIMA GESTIONE, soldi buttati visto che per funzionare dovrei fare al massimo ogni 2 mesi il laser

BAD MANAGEMENT, money wasted since to work I would have to do the laser every 2 months at the most
