Shipping dated 12/14/2018 left in storage until 12/28/2018. I had to make 3 phone calls and almost 20km. To fetch it alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dicono che son passati e non è vero dicono che ripassano nel pomeriggio e non lo fanno dicono che hanno chiamato ma non risultano chiamate sono due giorni che sono in magazzino al posto di andare in cantiere solo per loro . rischiano di far perdere il cliente al fornitore principale solo per il loro DISSERVIZIO
they say they have passed and it is not true they say they come back in the afternoon and they don't say they called but there are no calls they have been in the warehouse for two days instead of going to the construction site just for them. they risk losing the customer to the main supplier only for their DISSERVICE
