★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho conosciuti attraverso una pubblicità su Facebook e li ho contattati via messanger ... mi hanno immediatamente risposto!! Velocità delle risposte anche quando scrivevo in orari non troppo consoni all'ambito lavorativo (es. domenice oppure alle 20.00!).
Prodotto ottimo. Il ricamo è ben fatto e di alto livello.
Servizio ottimo. Sono stati disponibili ad apportare molte modifiche richieste (colore dell'elastico e dei pallini, colore della mascherina, dimesioni del ricamo, ecc...!) ... in pratica ho potuto modificare tutto!
Tempi di consegna ottimi. Ovviamente sono prodotti fatti a mano e "su misura" ... quindi non possono essere consegnati in 48 ore...comunuqe ho confermato l'ordine (35 mascherine in 3 colori diveri) sabato 12 dicembre e lunedì 21 sono arrivate in Studio ... 5 giorni lavorativi!!!
Costi? Ritengo che la qualità e il servizio non possono essere gratuiti ... quindi non ho certo speso un 1 euro a mascherina! Ma ho pagato un prezzo che ho trovato giusto e coerente!
 I met them through an advertisement on Facebook and I contacted them via messenger ... they immediately answered me !! Speed of replies even when I wrote at times that were not too suited to the work environment (eg Sunday or at 20.00!).
Excellent product. The embroidery is well done and of a high standard.
Great service. They were willing to make many required changes (color of the elastic and dots, color of the mask, size of the embroidery, etc ...!) ... in practice I could change everything!
Excellent delivery times. Obviously they are handmade and "made to measure" products ... therefore they cannot be delivered in 48 hours ... however I confirmed the order (35 masks in 3 different colors) Saturday 12 December and Monday 21 they arrived in the Studio. .. 5 working days !!!
Costs? I believe that quality and service cannot be free ... so I certainly didn't spend 1 euro per mask! But I paid a price that I found fair and consistent!
