★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra e davvero ampia e fornitissima, il personale all ingresso è sempre disponibile e gentile, aria condizionata ( sembra assurda la cosa ma molte palestre non L’ accendono ), sala relax e spogliatoi davvero enormi, si ha anche a disposizione una sala per la pesistica ben fornita di bilanciere eleiko è un gran numero di pizze. Forse L’ ambiente andrebbe rinnovato perché sono anni che è sempre lo stesso e anche i macchinari andrebbero rivisti e sostituiti, festivi e domeniche sempre aperta tranne qualche giornata L’ anno. In zona è una delle palestre migliori con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Ottimi macchinari e pesi con manubri fino a 55kg l'uno.
La palestra organizza anche numerosi corsi.
Bagni e spogliatoi spaziosi e puliti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra molto bella e attrezzata. Segretarie e Trainer molto disponibili. Pulita e spaziosa. Grande varietà di corsi e orari di apertura perfetti per chi lavora fino a tardi. Nell'abbonamento è incluso anche il parcheggio, utilissimo, vista la zona trafficata. Ci sono persino istruttori qualificati per il powerlifting con l'attrezzatura olimpionica.
Very nice and equipped gym. Secretaries and trainers very helpful. Clean and spacious. Great variety of courses and opening hours perfect for those who work late. Parking is also included in the pass, which is very useful given the busy area. There are even qualified powerlifting instructors with Olympic-sized equipment.

Dotata di varie aree di allenamento dal tradizionale bodybuilding (sala pesi) ad un area di spinning molto scenografica (sembra un set di in film) presenta mezzi per allenamento di tutte le tipologie dai piu moderni tapisrulant con schermo digitale a macchine piu vecchiotte ma meccanicamente piu adatte ad allenamenti hard. La palestra è dotata anche di una piccola area relax, di una cabina per abbronzatura rapida e area pesi professional per chi vuole caricare oltre il 100 kg. Buon divertimento!
Rome's historic gym that has existed for over 35 years. Staff very kind and helpful. Equipped with various training areas from traditional bodybuilding (weight room) to a very scenic spinning area (looks like a set of in film) presents means for training of all types from the most modern digital screen treadmill to older machines but mechanically more suitable for hard training. The gym is also equipped with a small relaxation area, a tanning booth and a professional weight area for those who want to load over 100 kg. Have fun!
