Ieri, 6/11/2020, mi reco al negozio per acquistare una bike spinning, contratto il prezzo e prendiamo appuntamento per il giorno dopo per la consegna. Purtroppo e con stupore alla consegna mi riferisce un altro prezzo. Gli faccio presente che avevamo pattuito un altro importo ma lui senza e senza ma mi riferisce che non era possibile e quindi ho deciso di non acquistarla. Da oggi in poi non acquisterò più niente in questo negozio e non farò fare più assistenza alle mie bici visto che sono un ciclista. Little seriousness and little professionalism. Dopo svariati acquisti, mi accorgo di non ricevere un minimo di riguardo (sembra di metterci sempre piede per la prima volta) e quando possono ti intortano pure sugli acquisti e sulla manutenzione, spacciando prodotti datati che hanno in magazzino invenduti per qualche anomalia addirittura per prodotti di ultima uscita e facendoli pagare come se fosse tutto regolare, dicendoti che sono anche scontati oppure dicendoti (riguardo alla manutenzione) di aver risolto un problema quando invece poi scopri che l'hanno solo raggirato. Immeritevoli di fiducia e poco seri, mentalità molto "all'italiana". Poi ci si lamenta che l'e-commerce sta soppiantando i negozi fisici...
