Colpa mia, ma cavalletto di materiale evidentemente non così resistente. Il titolare (quello con i baffi a riccio) non vuole sapere assolutamente come è successo, a lui preme solo che io glielo paghi. Non pensa per nulla ad applicarmi un piccolo sconto sul noleggio e intasca gli euro del cavalletto rotto. Io capendo il tipo sto zitto e pace. Il tutto sarebbe normale, se le dinamiche fossero state diverse nella sua gestione del problema col cliente. Se si fosse dimostrato comprensivo e avesse ascoltato come la cosa è successa. Invece si è chiuso a riccio e con un modo di fare forzatamente ironico mi ha risposto in modo assai antipatico. Gestione del cliente pessima. Arrivo insieme al mio ragazzo per chiedere il noleggio di due bici, con richiesta di utilizzo per solo 4 ore (indicazione presente sul listino prezzi e fasce orarie appesa su tutte le vetrine del negozio). Dopo aver servito diversi clienti, chiediamo informazioni dettagliate, su costi, modalità di utilizzo del servizio ecc.. La prima risposta che ci viene data è la seguente: Sono le 10.30, da questa fascia oraria è possibile noleggiare fino alle ore 12.00 (orario chiusura negozio) in alternativa potete fare il giornaliero (40 euro a testa!!!!! Follia). In tutto questo non esistono fogli appesi con le indicazioni da lui sopra descritte. Ma la parte più “bella” deve ancora arrivare; Dopo aver chiesto spiegazioni sulla differenza tra le varie biciclette descritte nel listino e aver fatto richiesta per alcune tra le più belle esposte, ci viene data questa risposta: “Non mi sembra che voi siate cosi esperti da potervi lasciare in mano queste bici, di cui una di questa è mia, non mi sembrate all’altezza” bene allora non metterla nemmeno in esposizione!! Alla fine ce ne siamo andati con il sorriso e ringraziandolo comunque, certi che in un posto cosi non ci torneremo mai più! Courtesy is not at home in this place. Giovedì 20 Agosto vado ad informarmi per il noleggio di una city bike elettrica, prima vado in un negozio a Moena (28 euro mezza giornata) poi vado da Cece Sport a Soraga , aspetto più di 20 minuti , negozio piccolo tanta gente , e mi dice che in questo periodo non fa mezza giornata ma poi siccome soggiorno a Soraga mi viene incontro se la porto entro mezzogiorno mi fa 35 euro, basta testuali parole di andare da lui alle 8:30 mezz'ora prima dell'apertura, io anche se costa di più accetto per comodità. Stamattina 21 agosto dopo averne aspettato mezz'ora siccome c'era una persona prima di me che ha noleggiato 7 bici, mi dice mi dispiace arrivederci. Quindi ultimo giorno di ferie rovinato, bastava essere chiari mi diceva, se arriva qualcuno prima non te la consegno, e io mi regolavo o andavo da un'altra parte o magari andavo al negozio anche un'ora prima. UNA PAROLA DATA VALE PIÙ DI UN CONTRATTO probabilmente questo non vale per il gestore di Cece Sport che chiacchera tanto ma sostanzia poca Pessima esperienza da evitare So many words to the wind, it was enough just to be clear. Le due mtb crosscountry che vengono noleggiate vengono fornite con ruote a camera d'aria (quando ormai le tubeless sono uno standard...) e con pressione bassa, senza nemmeno avvisarci. ovviamente abbiamo forato ad inizio del giro. Al nostro ritorno il proprietario ha dimostrato la sua completa assenza di professionalità e onestá. Se era l'unico posto in tutta la val di fassa che aveva rimaste disponibili delle mtb durante la settimana di ferragosto ci doveva essere un motivo... Parco bici scarno e con ruote ultraconsumate. Ovviamente quasi scontata la foratura....ma ovviamente ci si deve arrangiare da soli!!!. Proprietario simpatico. Solo quello! Better to choose other more reliable ones a few kilometers away if you do not want to remain on foot without assistance as happened to us. Bike park sparse and with ultra-worn wheels. Il proprietario, che è anche maestro di sci, è una persona gentilissima e simpatica, ci ha dato consigli preziosi su dove andare in base al nostro livello. Se tornerò in zona sicuramente verrò ancora qui. We rented both snowshoes (for me the first time ever) and skis here.
