★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccola macelleria nella piazza centrale di Soraga. Il Sig. Livio e’ gentilissimo e le sue carni sono squisite. Ottimi anche i canederli (consiglio specialmente quelli allo speck e al formaggio, meno degni di nota quelli agli spinaci).
Da provare lo speck e i salumi fatti artigianalmente.
Prezzi decisamente più abbordabili che in altre macellerie della zona.
 Small butcher in the central square of Soraga. Mr. Livio is very kind and his meat is delicious. The canederli are also excellent (I especially recommend those with speck and cheese, less noteworthy are those with spinach).
Try the speck and the hand-made salami.
Prices definitely more affordable than in other butchers in the area.
