Le stanze del tribunale trasudano sporcizia e calore, c'è un persistente odore di gomma bruciata e sono prive di luce. L'unica nota positiva è rappresentata dalla possibilità di parcheggio. È la classica cattedrale nel deserto di una citta metropolitana che però non merita questo vantaggio. Non oso immaginare come siano le torri utilizzate dal Comune Bad place, immersed in dirt. Il verde abbandonato a se stesso, i marciapiedi luridi, sotto gli alberi una melma di residui che si appiccica sotto le scarpe, i vetri degli uffici a piano terra tappati malamente con dell'adesivo che sta andando via, una parte del piazzale usato come deposito. Sembra che più che badare alla ordinaria manutenzione siano più impegnati ad attendere la straordinaria vista l'incuria, lo sporco e la sporcizia ovunque: l'abbandono più assoluto; sembra di trovarsi a Chernobyl e di visitare un bellissimo stabile abbandonato. Vi si trovano vari Uffici Comunali ed Uffici del Tribunale con aule per le udienze. Sede anche della Procura. Dotato di ampio parcheggio gratuito. L'esterno è utilizzo da molti per fare attività fisica, ideale per correre. Nice on the outside but now scruffy on the inside. Air conditioning not working. There are various Municipal Offices and Offices of the Court with courtrooms for hearings. Also seat of the Public Prosecutor's Office. Equipped with ample free parking. The exterior is used by many for physical activity, ideal for running.

(Centro Direzionale) alla sua apertura e per molti anni a seguire, era uno dei fiori all'occhiello della Città. Sono stato uno dei 100 lavoratori ad Inaugurarlo nel lontano 1998, Orgogliosamente lo posso dire ! Ho lavorato la dentro parecchio tempo, purtroppo devo ammettere che è diventato una struttura fatiscente. Addirittura non ci sta più una caffetteria/tavola calda al suo interno, come invece era presente fino al 2010 più o meno. Non è concepibile che una struttura così importante per la città, dove si trovano gli Uffici più importanti tra cui la Procura, siano diventati così abbandonati a sé stessi. Mi si stringe il cuore, pensando com'era prima e com'è diventato ora.... Reluctantly, I must admit that the Ce.Dir has really become a bad place (left to itself). I worked there for a long time, unfortunately I have to admit that it has become a dilapidated structure. There is even no longer a café / diner inside, as it was present until 2010 more or less. It is not conceivable that such an important structure for the city, where the most important offices are located, including the Prosecutor's Office, have become so abandoned to themselves. My heart squeezes, thinking how it was before and how it has become now ....

Dispersivo e difficoltoso accedervi per scarsità di parcheggi, che anche se esistenti sono inferiori alla richiesta. Nel complesso è un immobile sprecato tenendo conto della Sua destinazione. Very large building with many offices including those of the Court. Dispersive and difficult to access due to lack of parking spaces, which even if existing are less than required.
