★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle peggiori gestioni di farmacia mai incontrate. Prezzi oltre il prezzo imposto persino sui generici. Ad un signore accanto 10 minuti di manfrina per non essere capace ad annullare una ricetta inserita con un farmaco per errore, con pretesa di pagamento per quest'ultimo. No comment, hate un'altra farmacia che è meglio.
One of the worst pharmacy management ever encountered. Prices beyond the price imposed even on generics. To a gentleman next 10 minutes of manfrina for not being able to cancel a recipe entered with a drug by mistake, with a claim for payment for the latter. No comment, hate another pharmacy which is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, acquistato un integratore in cui mi accorgo che manca una parte del prodotto, ritorno chiedendo una sostituzione della scatola, mi viene rifiutata dicendo che è stato un errore di fabbricazione, e quindi non intendono sostituire...e se il prodotto fosse stato manomesso?? Addirittura mi viene proposto il rimborso di 1 euro (il costo del pezzo mancante) come se il problema fosse il denaro!!...seri dubbi sulla professionalità
Bad experience, purchased a supplement in which I realize that a part of the product is missing, I return asking for a replacement of the box, I was refused saying that it was a manufacturing error, and therefore they do not intend to replace ... and if the product had been manipulated?? I am even offered a refund of 1 euro (the cost of the missing piece) as if the problem was money !! ... serious doubts about professionalism
