Sono stata il 23 Ottobre per una mammografia programmata da tempo per la quale avevo richiesto espressamente la presenza di un tecnico donna per l'esecuzione, risultato? Mi son trovata un tecnico uomo, che faticava a capire la mia richiesta....mi chiedo, ma ci sono o ci fanno????? Risultato: viaggio inutile da Varese, tempo buttato, giornata rovinata. Chiamasi DISSERVIZIO alle spese dell'utente!!! Ovviamente ho chiesto il rimborso immediato e son scappata via dopo avergliele cantate di santa ragione!! La cosa peggiore di tutto? Nessuno si è scusato, nemmeno i medici presenti che si son ben guardati dall'entrare in merito!!! Avete perso una cliente! Disappointed and black boxed !!! Il personale che riceve i pazienti (le due signore bionde e il ragazzino con i capelli ricci) è di una maleducazione infinita e non ha alcuna professionalità . Ricordo che le persone che si recano in uno studio medico probabilmente hanno dei problemi, e meritano di essere accolte con educazione . L'unico ad essere professionale è il ragazzo con i capelli lisci. Che delusione!! For more than twenty years I have had Dr. Uffredi as my point of reference, whom I consider an excellent doctor and whom I trust blindly, but unfortunately I think I will never go to her office again. The staff that receives the patients (the two blond ladies and the boy with the curly hair) are of infinite rudeness and have no professionalism. I remember that people who go to a doctor's office probably have problems, and they deserve to be welcomed with education. The only one who is professional is the guy with the straight hair. What a disappointment!!
