Ho chiesto maglia o piccolo rimborso , mi è stato risposto con sufficienza che le maglie sono 12 e non 13 nello yacht master e che se andrò in vacanza a Roma forse mi verrà regalato un libretto oyster …. Acquistata maglia a 80 euro usata a mie spese , per il reso mi vengono chieste 50 euro … se avessi potuto dare mezza stella invece di una lo avrei fatto . Attirano con offerte di acqusito pari al prezzo di mercato e poi denigrano l’oggetto da vendere per poter tirare sul prezzo al ribasso. Mi spiace solo per la gente che casca nei loro tranelli. Appena uscito dal loro “negozio” giro l’angolo e vendo il mio orologio a Roma Time al prezzo di mercato, con una professionalità degna del nome di una gioielleria e con pagamento immediato. Vergognatevi e cambiate mestiere, e non è solo un consiglio. P.S. visto che siete anche falsi, insinuando di non esserci mai incontrati, andiamo nel dettaglio. Prima valutazione e accordi presi con Paolo Cotticelli. Appena arrivo nel “negozio” mi siedo a tavolino con un signore, che non si presenta neanche, un grandissimo cafone. È il grande capo, Ciro Magazzino, che inizia a verificare l’originalità del mio orologio con fare diffidente. Mi offre ben 2000 euro in meno rispetto agli accordi presi, asserendo che il sig. Paolo è impegnato. Saluto e vado via e, sempre il grandissimo cafone, borbotta una frase del suo spessore professionale e umano “era meglio se stava a casa”. Si ricorda di me ora sig. Ciro Magazzino? Potrei anche postare i messaggi Whatsapp di scuse del sig. Paolo che era mortificato dell’accaduto, ma non ne ho voglia,per rispetto del sig. Paolo e perché ho perso già fin troppo tempo con voi. They "forgot" to tell me the second hand was broken (see my picture)! Very misleading and definitly not something you would expect from a professional dealer!
