★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima cattedrale, é il cuore della vita religiosa e culturale della città molisana di Isernia. Al suo interno vi sono marmi policromi, affreschi e tele davvero belli. Dall’esterno presenta una facciata neoclassica con le caratteristiche colonne di stile ionico. Il sabato è molto bello visitarla in quanto al suo esterno si estende il mercato settimanale della città.
Beautiful cathedral, it is the heart of the religious and cultural life of the Molise city of Isernia. Inside there are polychrome marbles, frescoes and really beautiful paintings. From the outside it has a neoclassical facade with the characteristic Ionic style columns. On Saturdays it is very nice to visit it as the weekly market of the city extends outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo, bisogna assolutamente visitare i sotterranei dove si potranno vedere i resti, ben tenuti, del basamento di un tempio romano di oltre 2000 anni fa dedicato alla triade capitolina: Giove, Giunone, Minerva.
Beautiful place, you must absolutely visit the basement where you can see the remains, well kept, of the base of a Roman temple of over 2000 years ago dedicated to the Capitoline triad: Jupiter, Juno, Minerva.
