Concordo e mi ritrovo pienamente con la recensione del Sig. Renato Barone.

Direi molto corretti e cortesi.

Fatto un ordine tramite Amazon, che offriva spedizione all'estero, ma per qualche strana ragione il titolare ha deciso che all'estero non spediva, e ha cancellato l'ordine senza preoccuparsi di farmi sapere. Aveva tutti i miei dettagli su Amazon (telefono, email) ma ha preferito non scomodarsi. Quando ho scoperto la cosa, ormai erano passate due settimane. Nel frattempo io ho il team di lavoro a casa che aspetta una finestra da installare e deve mettere in pausa la restrutturazione nell'attesa di un nuovo pezzo (che ovviamente ordinero' da un'altra parte). E chi li paga questi costi? Che peccato, il servizio "all'italiana" che si curava dei clienti e capiva le conseguenze di determinate azioni non c'e' piu' (o magari non c'e' piu' solo in questa azienda...).
Really unacceptable. Made an order through Amazon, which offered shipping abroad, but for some strange reason the owner decided that he didn't ship overseas, and canceled the order without bothering to let me know. He had all my details on Amazon (phone, email) but he preferred not to bother. When I found out, two weeks had passed. In the meantime, I have the homework team waiting for a window to be installed and must pause the refurbishment while waiting for a new piece (which I will obviously order elsewhere). And who pays these costs? What a pity, the "Italian" service that looked after customers and understood the consequences of certain actions is no longer there (or maybe it is no longer only in this company ...).
