★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi alti ma la cosa più grave è la maleducazione e arroganza di un addetto vendita "più anziano"... Meno male poi si dice che sono i giovani (che ho trovato di gran lunga più gentili e disponibili) ad esser maleducati. Se non piace stare al pubblico si può sempre cambiar tipo di lavoro.
 High prices but the most serious thing is the rudeness and arrogance of a "older" sales officer ... less bad then it is said that they are young people (which I have mostly found more kind and helpful) to be rude. If you don't like being at the public you can always change type of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con una cassiera che abbandona la cassa e viene a controllare il trolley di una signora la quale pur rimanendone sorpresa glielo apre e non trovando merce rubata e senza scusarsi torna in cassa dove nel frattempo si era formata un po' di fila....semplicemente cafona e maleducata...avete le telecamere i dipendenti sparsi nei reparti e immagino anche del personale in borghese ...inoltre siete tenuti a chiamare le forze dell'ordine in caso di furto e prendervi una denuncia qualora non vi fosse traccia di furto...aprite gli occhi e scusatevi quando le cassiere si trasformano in forze dell'ordine... professionalità assente ma evidentemente questi fatti vengono tollerati dall'azienda stessa
Bad experience with a cashier who abandons the cashier and comes to check the trolley of a lady who, despite being surprised, opens it to him and finds no stolen goods and without apologizing goes back to the cashier where in the meantime she had formed a bit of a queue ... .simply boorish and rude ... you have the cameras the employees scattered in the departments and I also imagine some plainclothes staff ... you are also required to call the police in case of theft and take a complaint if there was no trace of theft ... open your eyes and apologize when the cashiers turn into law enforcement agencies ... lack of professionalism but obviously these facts are tolerated by the company itself
